We stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our knives. All knives sold by BoneRiver Co. come with a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser for a specified period from the date of purchase.
Warranty Coverage
- Defects: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use of the knife.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, alterations, accidents, or natural wear and tear.
Warranty Period

Warranty Claim Process
If you believe your knife qualifies for a warranty claim due to a covered defect, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at info@boneriverco.com to initiate the warranty claim process. include "Warranty" and order number in your header.
- Provide Information: Provide proof of purchase, photos and/or video along with a detailed description of the issue or defect.
- Evaluation: Our team will assess the claim and determine if the issue falls under the warranty coverage.
- Resolution: If the claim is valid, we will repair or replace the knife at our discretion. Shipping costs may apply.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the knife as outlined in this warranty. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
